This Cuvée is the fruit of 20-year-old grapevines cultivated at 650 m above sea level on the ancestral terraces of the Western hillsides of Ain Trez - Mount Lebanon. It magically mixes fruitness and minerality in a beautiful expression of an oriental Cabernet Franc. This wine can be easily enjoyed for aperitivo. It also pairs beautifully with different hot meals, especially spicy ones.
